- Training of all Hospital Staff, Clinical & Administrative on the Standards & all aspects of Quality
- Develop the SOP's, Policies, Procedures, Forms & Records, Document & Distribute to all
- Orient each Department / Area on the Systems. Support Implementation through Trainings & Audits
- Preparing for Accreditation through Internal /Moc/ Audits
